Next steps to purchase a property

Reservation

  • To reserve the apartment, it is necessary to sign a preliminary contract.
  • After signing the preliminary contract, a security deposit of 5% of the purchase price must be paid.
  • If the purchase of the apartment requires bank financing, the security deposit is included in the first payment.

Purchase of an apartment

  • The purchase agreement has to be signed after the building has been put into operation and divided into apartment properties.
  • The security deposit is included in the purchase price.
  • Next acquisition steps are based on whether bank financing is used.

If bank financing is not required

  • We sign the purchase agreement at the notary.
  • The purchase fee is transferred within 3 working days.
  • Documents are submitted for registration in the Land Register.
After registration in the Land Register, you will receive the keys of the apartment.

If bank financing is required

  • Sign loan agreements with the selected bank.
  • We sign the purchase agreement at the notary.
  • Payment of the first instalment determined by the bank must be made within 3 working days.
  • We submit documents for registration in the Land Register.
  • After registration of the apartment, the bank transfers the remaining part of the purchase price.
  • After registration in the Land Register, you will receive the keys of the apartment.

Large panoramic windows

Each apartment has a large panoramic windows ranging from 2.50 m to 2.80 m in height. Considering that the surrounding area is lower than the Gatves Lofti building, it will allow the residents of the top floors to enjoy charming panoramic views of Riga.

Balconies and terraces

Some of the apartments are designed with balconies or terraces. The window structures of the building will guarantee high thermal and acoustic insulation. If necessary, the apartments have the possibility to install air conditioners.

Choose between

3 or 4 meters
high ceilings

Ceiling heights of apartments depend on the floor of the building. On the 1st and 4th floor the height of the ceiling is 3 meters, but on the 2nd, 3rd and 5th floor up to 4 meters, which allows the construction of modern loft-type two-level apartments.

In the courtyard of the building there is a well-maintained park area with a children's playground, benches, lanterns and footpaths. In addition to the centenary trees, landscaping and improvement works have been carried out in the area.
